April 9th 2026: 2021 IECC & Energy Storage System Training
The training presenter will be Jack Lyons:
NEMA Northeast Technical Field Representative Jack Lyons joined NEMA on April 15, 2013. He has more than 40 years of experience as a master electrician in the electrical industry. Jack has experience in residential, commercial, and industrial contracting. He spent 17 years as a vocational instructor and as a National Electrical Code® (NEC) provider for state licensing continuing education. He has also held positions as inspector of wires for several towns in Massachusetts. He holds degrees in Occupational Education and Engineering Science and has held training certifications for the OSHA General Industry and Construction Safety program.
Jack represents NEMA on several committees throughout the Northeast that promulgates the adoption of the NEC. He has participated in committees to develop electrical exams that are used to obtain electrical licenses in many states. Jack is a longtime Member of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors and National Fire Protection Association. He was the secretary of the Western Mass IAEI Chapter and now serves as a board member for the chapter.
